In 1990 we opened our own Design + Construction studio together in Venezuela called Arquimarmol, where we developed private design and construction projects for residential and commercial complexes: custom luxury homes, shopping centers and restaurants.
In 2001 we moved to Southeast Florida and in 2002, with a General Contracting License issued by the Florida DBPR, we began designing and building luxury custom homes in the Coral Gables area. We became immersed in the development of construction projects for residential, commercial and sports facilities in the Miami metropolitan area and are now developing the design and construction for Spec Homes.
